Second year of Illa de Formentera triathlon to be held 4 October

The second Illa de Formentera triathlon, initially slated for 2 May, will instead take place 4 October. In this way participating athletes have a summer of training to look forward to. Organisers affirm that the new date will simplify event logistics, since the elevated temperature of seawater in October will mean athletes can compete in the swimming trial without wetsuits.
