Formentera gets look at ‘Piedras escritas—Arabic inscriptions in the Pine Islands’

The Museu Arqueològic d’Eivissa i Formentera (Archaeological Museum of Eivissa and Formentera) in collaboration with the Consell de Formentera will host a presentation of the latest issue of Treballs del Museu Arqueològic d’Eivissa i Formentera (Works of the Archaeological Museum of Eivissa and Formentera, TMAEF) entitled “Piedras escritas—Arabic inscriptions in the Pine Islands”. The presentation will feature the book’s author, Professor Virgilio Martinez Enamorado (University of Malaga) and Dr Antoni Ferrer Abárzuza, who contributed the prologue. TMAEF is financed by the Balearic Department of European Funds, University and Culture, and this is the series’ 79th instalment. The presentation in Formentera will be held on Saturday 26 June 26 at 8.30pm in jardí de ses Eres. Capacity will be limited and attendees must be seated.
