After sitting for the last session, social welfare councillor Rafael Ramírez applauded participants’ effort and interest and pointed out that certificates of completion issued by the Balearic Islands would be valid as preparation for the CCSE citizenship test or to demonstrate integration during the early phases of a stay in Spain.

Class size was limited this year to accommodate Covid-19 safety protocol. The course was led by Dolores Fernández Tamargo and covered topics including Spanish constitutional values, human rights and civil liberties, the Balearic Statute of Autonomy, the European Union and gender equality, among others.
